"Good selection, but I maybe waited too long"
I found what I was looking for, so that was nice. A few of the colors I wanted were already gone though, and I’m kind of wondering if I should’ve ordered sooner. Overall, decent stock, but the popular sizes and colors seemed to disappear fast.

"Easy, Easy Return"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket from Sun & Ski, so I had to swap it out. the return process was easy, easy enough that I didn’t feel stressed about it. The instructions were clear and the new size showed up without a huge wait.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the refund and update emails were a little slow, slow enough that I checked a couple times to make sure everything was still moving. But in the end it all worked out fine, and I’d order from them again.

"The staff really seemed to know skis"
I stopped in not really knowing what kind of skis I needed, and the guy helping me actually took the time to explain the differences without making me feel rushed. I still don’t totally know if I picked the absolute perfect pair, but he made it make sense enough that I felt good about it. Super helpful overall...

"Really helpful store visit"
I stopped by Sun & Ski to look around for some new hiking shoes, and the staff was really helpful. They didn’t rush me at all and helped me try about a few different sizes until I found the right fit. The store was clean and easy to get around, and the prices were decent too. I’d definitely shop there again

"Showed up way sooner than I thought"
I was expecting to wait a bit, but it got here really fast, which was a nice surprise. Everything was smooth, no weird delays or problems, just ordered it and then suddenly it was at my door. Can’t really complain about that

"order came exactly right"
i ordered a jacket and a few pairs of socks from sun & ski, and everything showed up just like i picked it. the sizes and colors were all correct, and nothing was missing or swapped out. that’s always a relief with online orders, so i was happy with it.

I got my order from Sun & Ski and, unless I’m missing something, it all seems legit. The item came as described, the quality feels good, and the tags and packaging looked right to me. I was kind of expecting to have to double-check everything, but nothing really seemed off or fake. So yeah, a little confused why I was worried in the first place, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Pretty good customer service, right?"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They were helpful enough and answered what I needed, so I can’t really complain, right? I just wish the tracking info had updated a little sooner because I kept checking it.

"Warranty situation went smoother than I expected"
I had an issue pop up with my jacket after a few months, or maybe it was closer to the end of the season, I can’t remember exactly. I reached out to Sun & Ski about the warranty and they got back to me quickly. They helped get everything sorted without making it feel like a big ordeal, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was really happy with how they handled it.
